Hello, I am Dr. Adrienn Fekete.

My mission is to empower leaders to develop sustainable leadership, influence across cultures, boost team productivity, and enhance organizational performance while promoting personal well-being and balance.

Qualifications and Expertise

A certified business and executive coach with

• a PhD in performance and learning psychology
• expertise in intercultural communication,
• mindset & well-being psychology as a Master Coach, 
• MA degree in English-Hungarian translation and interpreting, and
• Studies at European and American universities,
• 16 years of professional experience as a trainer, educator, and coach.

Professional Experience

My PhD research and my university teaching experience provided the evidence and research-based psychological, methodological, and intercultural foundations for my business and executive coaching practice. As an expert in performance and learning psychology and intercultural communication, I have delivered hundreds of hours of workshops, trainings, seminars, and coaching sessions to individuals and groups alike. 

In addition to my graduate studies, I have obtained Master Business, Mindset, and Well-being Coach Certificates - also in English. The knowledge and the practical tools and strategies that I acquired in these courses have empowered me to provide a more holistic but also specific and customized experience to my business clients. 

With extensive training in various coaching methodologies—including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness, and drama pedagogy, I can tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each leader, team, and organization.

A Global citizen

I have learned several languages and actively use English, Hungarian, and Spanish in my daily life.

For one year as a scholarship student, I studied at the American University in Bulgaria along with students from 25 countries from all over the world.

For a couple of months, I have worked in the USA, while also visiting amazing cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Sacramento, and New Your City.

I am a regular guest lecturer at Spanish universities, providing me with opportunities to visit fascinating places, including Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia, Castellón, Sevilla, Huelva, Madrid, La Coruña, Oviedo, and Gijón.

I have given conference presentations and keynote addresses in England, Germany, Croatia, Spain, and Hungary.

I have worked with clients and students from every continent in the world, including, for instance, Spain, France, Germany, Ukraine, Turkey, Indonesia, Japan, China, Malaysia, Iran, Australia, the USA, Nigeria, and Morocco.
